Searching Purchase Orders

Using this screen allows you to view purchase orders in the search results pane from search criteria that you enter. Other options in this screen include creating a new purchase order, print, print preview, and export search results to CSV file format.

To search Purchase Orders

1. Click View > Purchase Orders from the menu bar. The Search Purchase Orders screen opens.
2. Enter your search criteria in the appropriate fields in the Purchase Orders search criteria panel, and then click Search. Purchase orders that match your search criteria appear in the Search Results pane.

Note: All open and voided purchase orders appear in the Search Results pane unless you enter search criteria.
